Like the yoga version of "dance like nobody's watching"

In every DEEP experience we stay low to the ground and blend together movements with less structure and more flow so you can move as much of the time as possible with your eyes closed or with a blindfold on. We skip the traditional ten movements that make up pretty much everybody else’s yoga and instead explore the vast range of motion of the human body through mediums of movement dance, martial arts, and tai chi. Combine that together with yoga postures and you get sequences that will help you feel graceful and elegant, and in our room with no mirrors you’ll never know otherwise.
