REFRESH takes the phrase “stretch it out” to a whole new level.

These classes focus primarily on passive and prolonged holds that will both allow you to increase your range of motion and decrease tension and pain. We integrate principles from yin and restorative yoga in a modern way that is incredibly effective and most definitely not boring. Don’t expect to just a hug a bolster the whole time, but do expect less movement and a slower pace. Add this style into your current fitness routine (or lack thereof) and you’ll be less likely to injure yourself, more likely to achieve personal bests, and potentially even be able to one day slide into the splits.
