You do not need to bring a partner or have any prior yoga or acro experience in order to attend. We will all work together to learn and grow.
The course runs from March 9th through March 23rd. During this time, we will meet on Friday's from 7:00-8:30 pm. During each week of the course, you will have several homework assignments to complete according to your own unique schedule and learning style. Each week of homework includes home practice sequences as well as brief reading assignments.
The full course tuition is just $69 if you register a week or more in advance ($89 at the door), and your tuition includes all three weeks of group sessions, all homework materials, three free passes to Scholé Yoga Salt Lake, and access to exclusive online content and discussions. As with all other SYU courses, tuition assistance is available (email firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about tuition financing program).
