Program Overview
Learn to give and receive in a dynamic experience designed to help you connect and grow through partner yoga, Thai massage, mindful acrobatics, and therapeutic flying. You do not need to bring a partner or have any prior yoga or acro experience in order to attend. We will all work together to learn and grow.
